Thanks for this review! Though I wasn't quite as enthused overall, it's nice to see someone who loved the ep, and for whom it generates plot bunnies. (I'm hoping for really good fic like we got between S3 and S4 this summer.) I'm sure I will have much thinky over the next few days/months on this ep because . . .

To be honest, I was not nearly this enthused until the last 30 seconds, lol. As a whole the ep was pretty standard and did not surprise me much on first watch. Of course, I have to watch again to be sure about that. But the setup = everything for me, I am SO excited about s8 now. :D

And YES. I have been immersed in Hound of Baskervilles art for a school project for 2 weeks now, so I totally went there. ;)

That dog looks EXACTLY LIKE MY DOG. There is a video of her around here somewhere. But she is a ninja about ducking cameras, so it's hard to get good shots lol.
